This property had only been constructed in 2003 so how do you add a two-storey extension to a recently built dwelling?

Well – keep it simple. Just get everything to match in and use materials that compliment what is already there.  The considerably sized extension just looks like part of the original structure.  Some very nice features have been added internally and the quality of the finish is easy to spot!

The planners were more than happy, even though it is outside the village boundary and the clients were very pleased too.
