We deal with both residential & commercial properties:
For residential clients we undertake building surveys, inspect specific defects and produce drawings for all types of extension and alteration, including planning, listed building and building regulation applications.  Proposed development can be affected by the Party Wall Act etc 1995 and we can act on your behalf where such matters exist, whether it is your own project or your neighbour’s – your rights can be protected.
Would this development affect your adjacent house or office?
Our commercial clients, old or new, have asked us to undertake building surveys, schedules of condition, or dilapidation, along with general refurbishment contracts and planned maintenance.  Certain projects fall under certain regulations and we can advise as required including handling all CDM matters on notifiable projects.  Our architectural skills cover the commercial sector from initial measured survey through to completed layout plans that can be viewed on the web site.
We can tailor our services to meet your requirements.
We have considerable experience when dealing with public houses, whether for large companies or individuals contemplating a new lease.
Our services can provide comprehensive advice in relation to condition, improvements that may be required and any intended alterations.
Typical Schedule of Condition

A new long term lease can be an expensive commitment, where incoming tenants should be aware of future liabilty – this can be detailed with our in-depth survey reports. We can also provide full working drawings, including dealing with any intended licensing applications.
